THE APPLICATION
When you spot a position that makes your pulse beat a bit faster, it is application time. Refer to the job advert and the required skills and qualifications sections when you prepare your CV and cover letter. We receive a lot of applications and are looking for the best possible match.
- Highlight any achievements and strengths that are relevant for the position
- Structure your CV in a clear way and fit your cover letter on one page
- Follow the steps described in the job advert
When you have submitted your application, you will receive a confirmation email. We review all applications as soon as we can and aim to get back to you as quickly as possible. When the process takes longer than expected, we do our best to keep you informed. If your application matches our position, we will contact you to set a time for an interview.
THE ASSESSMENT
Before the interview, we recommend that you familiarise yourself with our organisation and the market or business area you are applying for. We encourage you to think about what makes you a good fit and what you can bring to the team. The interview is a chance for us to get to know you, your experiences and your ambitions – let us know what matters to you!
